deBridge launches bug bounty on Immunefi

Security and reliability are crucial. We have always placed the security of our contracts as the main priority, and it is our goal to ensure that transfers across different chains are trustless and secure against potential attacks and exploits. We are therefore very excited to be working closely with the Immunefi team on this path moving forward.

Immunefi is the leading bug bounty platform for smart contracts and DeFi projects where security researchers can review code, disclose vulnerabilities, earn money, and help make the blockchain space safer. Through bug bounties and comprehensive security services, Immunefi helps to eliminate security risks. Bug bounties make protocols more robust than standard code verification because they incentivize entire communities of code reviewers, as opposed to traditional audits, which tend to engage a single audit firm.

This initiative is being funded by deBridge in order to improve protocol security and reliability for the network’s global community. The primary goal is to reduce the risk of losing user funds, exposing private information, and exploiting Sybil attack bugs. It is also aimed at preventing other related vulnerabilities.

Registration

The registration procedure is straightforward. Bug bounty hunters must first register on Immunefi’s platform in order to be eligible for bounties. They can then submit their bug reports to Immunefi along with the necessary logs and data to receive the reward. Submissions should include the documents and coding needed to reproduce the vulnerabilities, as well as pointers for bug fixes.

Bug Reporting

Participants should be aware that only the first person to report a bug will be eligible for the appropriate reward. They must submit all relevant links, documents, and codes along with the vulnerabilities. For each vulnerability, only one form will be accepted for submission. Bounty hunters, on the other hand, are free to submit multiple forms for multiple vulnerabilities.

Any attempt to publicly disclose the vulnerability before resolving it will result in the reward being canceled. deBridge and Immunefi reserve the right to disqualify anyone who does not follow the bounty program’s rules and regulations. Finally, deBridge will never negotiate for payment under any threat or coercion. Thank you for helping us to make deBridge a more secure and reliable cross-chain interoperability protocol for projects and users!
